Shipping Policy
Every portrait is professionally mounted with backing board and wrapped in acid free paper for delivery purposes.

All orders will be securely posted and shipped with a tracking number to the address you have provided (this may mean shipping directly to the recipient if it is a gift). Please make sure when initially ordering that I am aware of the correct address to ship to.

Cancellation - these must be made by email

If you decide to cancel your order you have a 7 day money back guarantee from the date of paying the deposit. If the order is cancelled after 7 days the money will need to be retained as loss of business time on my waiting list and to cover any work already completed and materials used.

Please contact me if there are any problems with an order. It is very important to me that we have a good dialogue so that I can provide great customer service.

Return & Exchange Policy
Don't like the finished portrait?
​
When you receive your finished portrait you have 7 days to contact me with any required changes. If the portrait needs to be returned for changes to be made, the client must cover the cost of shipping both ways.

Damage to goods in transit
​
My portraits are packed extremely carefully, however if damage does occur in transit you will be requires to send a photo of the damaged artwork immediately. The artwork will need to be returned to me and a new portrait will be completed at no extra cost to the client. The portrait will be added to my client list so there may be a wait.
